Although these terms are available in Bengali, the English version shall prevail in the event of any dispute.

Before placing a bet on Vipta, each user must fully understand the rules of the relevant sport. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, if a cash-out option is available, it may be used under the applicable terms.

Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds displayed at the time you submit a bet are not necessarily final — the odds confirmed by the server at the time of processing will apply. Differences may occur due to network delays.

Most bonuses come with wagering requirements — meaning you need to place a certain amount in bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you must wager BDT 30,000 before any withdrawal.

• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions

Vipta reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of a terms violation. Users may also close their own account at any time.

If your account holds a valid balance at the time of closure and no rule violations have occurred, that amount will be refunded. For accounts under investigation, funds may be withheld until the investigation is complete.

Vipta makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet disruptions.

Vipta accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from a user's betting decisions. Betting is a risk-based activity, and by joining the platform, users knowingly accept that risk.

If a dispute arises, please contact Vipta's customer support first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may submit a formal written complaint.

For disputes regarding bet outcomes, complaints must be submitted within 72 hours of the result being announced. Claims filed after this period may not be accepted.
